While compiling 6.4.2 with VTST_tools we've encountered some problems,

VTST is not developed or maintained by us, so unfortunately we cannot give you any guidance on how to install it.
Perhaps you could get some support from the VTST developers?

I couldn't find any official support email, neither on the website of research group which maintaining VTST_tools.
