Can anybody point to any site for a program which will cut a plane at certain height from the bulk to construct a surface (for example Ge(001) surface in direct coordinates, Z=1.0 will have 5 layer slab; Z=2.0 will make 9 layer slab so on).

You can make it easily by hand or look at other geometry editors
