Dear all：
Reading in the guide :
setexch is distributed with the package。And，can be created by typing
>make setexch
in the VASP directory
I did like this ，but there is just no response，showing a message like this “it cann‘t be created’
PS ：I have compiled vasp correctly，and it works well。

How to make setexch
the name of the package is setex (not setexch), but it is a remnant of vasp.4.6, the .F file is empty in vasp.5.2
