When I try to access the FTP server using the following code:
sftp cms.mpi.univie.ac.at
I get the following error message:
ssh: connect to host cms.mpi.univie.ac.at port 22: Connection refused Couldn't read packet: Connection reset by peer
Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

I'm not very good with computers. All I needed to do was use the ftp command instead of the sftp command and everything worked fine.
