Problem in installing VASP on IBM SP4

Dear All,

I am trying to install VASP ( version: 4.6.28 ) in IBM SP4 machine, where
I am using XLF90 (9.1 version) in the serial mode. I am using the
"makefile.rs6000" to compile it. However, I am not able to get it done
and getting the following error message:

most probably there is a bug in your compiler installation
