proc_group for hex-cores
Hi,
I am compiling VASP for six-core cpus.
Our cluster have slave nodes with duo cpus -- each cpu has six-core.
So there are 12 cores on one node.
So the -DPROC_GROUP=12 looks a good setting?
After compiling, however, I can only use np=16, 32, 64,128 ... (2^n)
If I use other number such as 24, 36, 48 60 (12x), the vasp program will give error.
Any clue?
?!
Thanks
